Guerrilla MArketing

So what exactly is Guerrilla Marketing??? It is a body of unconventional ways of pursuing conventional goals. It is a proven method of achieving profits with minimum money. What a great way for the entrepreneur get some marketing done on a low budget. This has become increasingly popular over the last 10 years.


Typically, guerrilla marketing tactics are unexpected and unconventional; consumers are targeted in unexpected places, which can make the idea that's being marketed memorable, generate buzz, and even spread virally. The term was coined and defined by Jay Conrad Levinson in his 1984 book Guerrilla Marketing. The term has since entered the popular vocabulary and marketing textbooks.

  1. I have noticed over the past five years that guerrilla marketing has taken off and is extremely important to companies today. We had exercises at my current place of work to develop guerrilla marketing ideas that we could use for our company in the future.
